📜 House Rules : Please Read Carefully
1. Leave It As You Found It: Return the house in the same clean and organized condition. Any damage or mess will be chargeable.
2. No Beach Towels: Do not use house towels at the beach.
3. Children Supervision: Parents must ensure children don’t damage property or draw on walls.
4. Keep Noise Low: Especially in the night. Respect the neighbourhoods.
5. Smoking & Alcohol: Allowed only in designated areas.
6. No Drugs Allowed: This is a strict no-drugs property.
7. Visitors Policy: Only registered guests are allowed. No outside visitors.
8. Not Liable for External Issues: We are not responsible for personal losses, weather issues, accidents.
9. Use Bins Only: Please do not throw garbage/food outside. Use the dustbins provided.
10. Local Wildlife: Goa is tropical—please be cautious of insects, snakes, and stray dogs.
11. Security First: Always lock doors and windows. Do not share keys with anyone.
12. Respect the Space: Clean up after yourself. Keep the property neat and damage-free.
13. No Pets Allowed: We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed during your stay.
14. To avoid energy waste: Please turn off all appliances, especially the AC, when leaving the house. They're sometimes left on all day.
15. Check-in: 02:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM: Late check-outs are chargeable.
