"Very clean room. Mountain view. will stay again."

"First time visiting Asheville. This spot was perfect for what we were looking for. Location was perfect for everything downtown. Short drive for everything that wasn’t. The condo was super clean and the price was great. Would highly recommend and will be returning."

"One of my favorite places to stay! This was our second time back and it was just as good as I remembered. Quaint, cute charming room. Beautiful and relaxing outdoor space. And great location to walking park and all of the sights. Can’t wait to make this an annual adventure!"

"The perfect location! Safe and walkable to anywhere in Asheville. Nice kitchen appliances and dishes. Very spacious and open living area. Host was quick to respond. Great welcome package containing coffee, filters, dishwasher and laundry pods and more. The washer and dryer were wonderful since I stayed a week. We had some trouble with the televisions, but host sent tech. We also needed a broom and one was delivered the next day! Very responsive!"

"A simple clean place with a good location."

"Our stay was excellent. The excellence started with the clear communication with the host in the weeks, days and hours leading up to our stay. Check-in was smooth, and everything about the property description was accurate. For example, we wanted to be in the heart of downtown Asheville and we were. Everything was walkable. The property was very clean and appropriately stocked with the basics to make our stay comfortable. It was also very quiet, which made the stay very nice. The price was also...

The owners are great people and made sure our stay was perfect!! 🤩 we will definitely be back!! Plus the bonus is that we was able to walk up to the camels they have and was able to feed them and have our pictures taken with them ! "

"This was our second stay at the downtown Asheville property. We stayed at the Southern Exposure unit last Fall and knew we would return. The location is incredible and our views of the mountains and city were breathtaking. Walking distance to fantastic restaurants and the restaurant on site is wonderful as well. The condo is well appointed with elevated and comfortable furnishings. We cancelled dinner reservations one night to stay on the unit and just enjoy the view and when we sent pics to...

"The unit was clean, very comfortable, convenient to everything downtown has to offer. And the two parking spaces are a huge bonus."

"Very clean & great location for walking downtown Asheville. Very secure parking and building. Maybe a 7-minute drive to Biltmore Village and the entrance to the Biltmore Estate/property. Parking space in the garage was wonderful. No fault of the property owner, but if you have additional vehicles, parking can be an issue, as the lot next door only allows 8 hr parking, and extending time worked sometimes and not others."
