"This location was amazing! The property a selected was a one bedroom and it did not disappoint. This is a great location as it is near a lot of different areas/beaches. It’s 5 min from the choli, less than 7 from La placita, about 15-20 from old San Juan. The property was clean and it was very comfortable. We did not have any issues during our stay. It was easy to access the property/room. About a block away there’s a small bar, Bonanza, which we loved! I will definitely book again with them...

There are air conditioners in each bedroom, which was great, but opening up the apartment durning the evening let the breeze flow through and it was comfortable. "Long story short. The email I got did not have all the access codes. Could not get in the gate to get to the door. Was not able to reach anyone cause, tried calling the emergency number no response. But was finally able to get in around 5 am once someone finally responded. But other then that they need to update their unit and they need some pest control."

"Our host was lovely. We arrived the night the power came back on and I was concerned about drinking water. He sent his staff out to stock us water. By the time we got to PR the lights were back on! At no fault of the host, they were doing work on the grounds around the pool area and outside cosmetic work on the actual building from the fall storms. Overall it was a wonderful stay, 24 hour security and some restaurants within walking distance. The property is close to the end on condado Beach so...
