Time to take a break from the sun? Casa Cazón, with its air conditioning throughout the house, a video lounge with a 55` Smart TV, a professional foosball table, books, board games, and a King-Size hammock, is the ideal place to spend moments of quality and fun.
Dear Guests:

Our rules are few and simple, but important to keep Casa Cazón as beautiful and comfortable for subsequent guests as you will find it for yourselves upon arrival.

- Check out: 12 pm. Unfortunately, we do not offer late check out. In case of non-compliance, we will charge the equivalent of $25 per extra hour.

- Be careful and responsible with the use of water.

-Disconnect the water dispenser when at the end of your stay and also when the water jug ​​is empty.

- Be careful and responsible with the use of electrical energy: during your stay in the house, please turn off all lights, air conditioners or any appliances that are not being used before leaving the house.

- To maintain the proper functioning of air conditioners, the minimum temperature is 22 degrees Celsius.

- If the AC in the living room is on, all doors and windows should be closed, including those in the bedrooms.

-Be sure to lock the living room windows, padlocks and exterior doors when leaving.

- The smoking area is outdoors.

- Do not bring sand into the house. To avoid this, please remove sand (and rinse beach equipment) in the outdoor shower located in the parking lot.

- Trash is deposited in the orange concrete trash can next to the parking lot and is picked up daily by our staff.

-Do not dispose of food scraps in the kitchen sink, as all our accommodations have garbage and organic waste containers in the kitchen for that purpose.

- We do not allow visitors, parties, events, or additional guests to those registered in the reservation.

- Please notify us immediately of any damage, dirt or problem in the accommodation, as our professional cleaning and maintenance staff is in charge of keeping Casa Cazón in optimal conditions and is available to attend to any need of the guests.

- Your pets are more than welcome. That`s why they are provided with a soft, comfortable, clean mat at the beginning of your stay. Please do not allow them to climb on the furniture or beds.

- The cost of repair or replacement of irreparable damage to furniture and/or equipment, as well as the cost of extra cleaning and/or replacement of towels and linens due to irreparable damage, or keys lost will be charged to the guest through Airbnb.
