About your comments, we leaved 2 big trash bags per day, one for the noon and another fo rthe night, we beliebe that is OK but will conisder your opinion. Yes we don't provide hotel service but we tray to leave all stuff to cover all what the guests will need during their vacation, the toillet paper we leave 4 per bathroom. Sorry for the visit you received every morning :), we fumigate all the house one per month, but was a survivor, sorry for that. Will be a pleasure to give the welcome again at any time. Hi Jeanette Is a shame that you had bad weather during your stay; but you know: IS NOT IN OUR CONTROL. The big storm in Cancun we had during your stay caused damage outside the complex with a big transformer in the street; and the Federal Elecricity Company must to change that equipment. IS NOT IN OUR CONTROL. The check in and check out process for more than 14 years in this business we made in a personal way, and 100% of our guest in all this years like that the owners gave them the welcome. Is a shame that you wrote this review when we was in contact every time by WhatsApp and e mail; and you told me that was OK and you understood the problem either my wife was with you in the house and you said that understood perfectly the problem and was not in our control. Anyway thank you to stayed with us and for the next time when you rent a house I suggest that you write constructive and real comments. Hi Neva Like all people has the right to comment the opinion of any experience in hs life, but you must tell the TRUTH. All what you are saying his is not like you are saying. Upon your arrival you were looking for every single minimum details. The house is located on the beach, with all windows looking for the Caribbean See, what you are expecting? don't have sand in the terrace or some salt in the glasses? Day before your arrival was big storm during 3 days in Cancun ( I assume that you saw news about that), you asked for an early check in and we didn't have any problem, for that reason when you arrived we have renters checking out in the same date and for that reason we have our staff cleaning the windows, and cleaning the BBQ, so we give you an early check in and now you are disagree that our staff was finishing to clean the house? You have the photos of everything, obvious if you had a big storm the beach will be with seaweed and the government is on charge to collect, but htay can't do that before the storm and windy stop. All towels and blanks are total clean and is guarantee 100%, so what you are saying is not true. I have a photos and videos (that is a shame that I can't upload here in the web) in the conditions you leaved the house, chairs broken, towells destroyed, all bath darty, the kitchen terrible,.. so please. We have more than 10 years renting our own houses and particularly in this house we have 5 star review with all our guest, and oohhh casualty with the people who before go inside you started claim for nothing. The ants army was because you star eating a COCO in the terrace and you left all rest of food in all the house, obvious you are in the caribbean on the beach, what you are expecting is you don't clean and pick up the rest of food all around the house. Another important issue we have, yes very important, my wife left her cell phone in the kitchen and then disappears, and I must call to her phone and was up stairs in your bedroom ( ? ), then when we left the house my wife forgot in the living room her sunglasses, ups disappears, where was? again in your bedroom (?) I can talk about a lot of different things, I have photos, videos, and everything, that all your comments is not true. OWNERS, MANAGERS, keep out of this guest. I can tell you in 10 years renting my own houses NEVER, NEVER had this experience like this people.
