"Staff was fantastic Room was tidied everyday Very comfortable"

"Positives: Very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of onsite parking. Negatives: Had to go up and down the outside stairs in the pouring rain to take my luggage up to the room from my car. Got quite wet. The mattress was very firm. Did not sleep very well the first few nights. The grout between a lot of the tiles in the shower cubicle was riddled with black mould. A good dose of bleach or domestos was definitely needed. The carpet is in need of a clean. There were many dirty patches and spots from...

"cramped overcrowded room - too many beds!"

"The shower recess does not have a soap dish - so the patrons are forced to keep the used soap cakes on top of the shower frame - which don't get cleaned. The lights above the beds were not working - upon complaining we got told that they do not have the right light bulbs on hand. The cutlery list states one thing and the actual numbers are vastly different - the list says 3 tea spoons - in fact there was only one."

"It suited us in terms of location and a short stay of 1 night. Bed only a double (queen would be better). Reasonable accommodation at a reasonable price. "

"This was a comfortable and affordable room. we were at a show for the weekend so only need a place to sleep. All in all , quite plesant."
