Perfectly positioned between Canberra Centre, Glebe Park, and the Canberra Casino, our two-bedroom apartment in Highgate exemplifies modern inner-city living. You'll be in the middle of all the amenities that the city has to offer, surrounded by a host of dining and entertainment options in Garema Place, Bunda Street, and Braddon.

This apartment is located on Level 13. You will not share this apartment with anyone.

We can host a maximum of 4 guests, It is a fantastic place to stay in Canberra and features:

- Mates bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite with walk-in shower
- Second bedroom with a queen bed
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet
- 1 living with a lounge and a smart TV
- 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer
- 1 balcony
- 1 full-size kitchen
- 1 secured parking space in the basement with 2.1m

- There is a centralized air conditioning system in the living room and bedrooms.

Check-in time ends by 10 pm every day.

This apartment would be a perfect choice for families and friends to have a holiday or short break as well as a business trip in Canberra.

• We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $100 fee will be applicable between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $300 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
• Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site. Thank you for your cooperation.

Unfortunately we didn't enjoy our stay, as the apartment hadn't been cleaned properly. The floors had food crumbs and dust, the table had food crumbs on it, there was previous guests' hair all over the floor, the bin had the last guests' rubbish in it, and the toilet had a poo smear. It was also missing some things including dish soap, so we couldn't wash the dishes. The coffee machine, the tap in the kitchen sink, and the bedside lamp were also broken. The property doesn't seem to be well taken care of. We contacted the host but they did not offer a solution. The location and check in process were good.

Location, location

Property was close o everything, but beds were hard as rocks & parking/lifts were not easy to find or navigate. Kitchen was well equipped. Unit served it's purpise for a quick stay.

Good, but could be better

Good - Value for money, parking is near the lift. Great location, close to attractions and easy walk to shops and lots of food options.Bad - the beds are extremely hard, like boards. No issue with doing a clean before leaving, however some items to enable that would help, like paper towel, surface spray, dust pan and dish washing liquid. Handle falls off kitchen tap.
