The space
Enjoy in this elegantly modern apartment, with an abundance of natural light and well-designed open plan. Upon entering you’ll be greeted with storage units to your left as your ushered into the kitchen, with gorgeous stone countertop and island. From the kitchen the room opens up to include the dining and living space, containing a six seater dining table, couch and television. From the living area, glass sliding doors look out onto the view and balcony, which includes outdoor seating. Between the kitchen and dining table across from the front door is where the bedroom and bathroom are located. The bathroom is designed in a sleek white and beige colour scheme. While the bedroom, features loads of sunlight, access to the balcony and a private TV.

You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:

- No parties or antisocial behaviour
- No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval
- No pets are allowed in the property without approval
- No smoking is allowed at any times
- If you break something, please let us know

- To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:
- Please leave all beds unmade
- Please clean up your dishes and put them away
- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed

Access description
Drive or walk to the main door for the South Tower. Using the provided fob, to the left of the doors is a sign, swipe to enter. Use any elevator, swipe the fob and take it up to level 8, then find unit 813 and enter.
- The keys will be left in a lockbox onsite. We will send you the access code 3 days prior to your arrival through the booking portal.

Public transport
There are bus stops located on London Circuit 350m from the property, which operate most bus routes throughout Canberra and the ACT. While a light rail station is located 800m away on Tourist Drive, that operates routes north.
