This is a modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Civic - Canberra`s CBD. It`s right next door to the National Convention Centre and Crown Casino and a short walk to the Canberra Centre shopping centre, restaurants, bars and cafes. During your stay you`ll have access to high-speed wifi, gym, pool, spa and bbq facilities.

This apartment is located on the 4th level of the building, with lift access.
BEDROOMS:
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed while the other bedroom has a double. Both are topped with fresh linen - professionally cleaned and pressed after each stay. The bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
There are 2 bathrooms and both have a shower and toilet. I provide complimentary towels, shampoo, toilet paper and body wash.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washing machine and dryer are available to use.
KITCHEN:
Please make use of the fully-equipped kitchen. In it you`ll find:
- fridge/freezer
- crockery and cutlery
- stove top
- oven
- microwave
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. You can use it as well as a desk and chair should you need to work.
COMMON AREA:
Please be advised that the GYM will remain closed until the 29 October 2021. The Owners Corporation is not in a position to employ someone to supervise the gym area during opening hours and therefore cannot re-open until restrictions ease further.
The pool and spa heaters has been turned on however please note that a maximum of 2 people are allowed in the pool and only 1 in the spa. If these rules are not adhered to the heaters will turned off until 29 October 2021.
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

We don`t provide HDMI cable however, you can bring your own if you wish to connect your laptop with the TV.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to damage fees.
Strata Notice: Cladding Replacement Works (Weather Permitting: Works may extend without prior Notice) * Cladding replacement will take place from 2 April 2025 onwards. During this time, the Block B podium exit/entry will be temporarily off limits. Use the stairs between Blocks D and A for access to podium/pool/gym and shared amenities. * Support posts has been installed —please refrain from touching/bumping these during the works. * During this work, Balcony is forced locked from the outside and currently inaccessible. * Please note that scaffolding and construction activity are still ongoing. Areas such as balconies and courtyards remain off-limits until all works are completed and scaffolding is removed.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" except for service or emotional support animals and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair).
