Ponto alto do hotel foi o atendimento no check in e check out...super rápido e simpático. A arrumação do quarto é apenas ok...poderia ser melhor. Um ponto alto é que o estacionamento é excelente e é gratuito. O hotel fica bem localizado com opções de restaurantes e lojas nas proximidades. "Perfect place for my one night in Canberra. The Statesman Hotel is integrated in a pub and the accommodation is on top of the ground floor car park with staircase access to the rooms... This was perfect for what I was after and the staff member in charge was fabulous, helping out with storing luggage as I went to my meetings... The adjacent small shopping area has a great supermarket... "

"Spacious with a very nice location and great view of the lake. It's missing key kitchen items like drinking glasses, salt and pepper, cooking oil and cleaning supplies that would have made our stay more comfortable. Could have used a few extra towels and maybe some blackout blinds for the rooms that get a lot of light due to the nice large windows that walk out to the balconies. Overall a really good stay for a large group. The host was great with check-in times and communication."

"The home is beautiful and well appointed. Everything was in working order. The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and near to the lake and embassies. We had some trouble on the day of arrival - directions were sent regarding check in about an hour prior to the check in time, and only after I reached out to the host to request them. The house did not seem fully cleaned - there were leftover food items in the refrigerator and freezer, trash in the kitchen bin (which also reeked of cigarette...
