House rules You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply: - No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am - No parties or antisocial behaviour - No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval - No smoking is allowed at any times - If you break something, please let us know - To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police. IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property. - Whilst we all love to travel with our furry friends, pets are available on request unless the property states it is pet friendly. Any stays with pets will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200. Access description - You’ll have access to the entire property when you stay here, so it will feel like your own home. - There are stairs to the front door. - Key collection is offsite, 26 meters from the property and not available 24/7. Getting around Public transport The property is near three separate bus stops, on Wentworth Ave and Eyre St. These stops operate routes to Fyshwick, City, City West, Fraser and Queanbeyan. Meanwhile, the Canberra Railway Station operates trips via the Southern NSW line to Central Station in Sydney. Great location but a few drawbacks

This apartment is in a great location. The apartment itself is comfortable, and has everything needed for a pleasant stay. BUT. Arrival instructions are terrible. Once you find the car space (which is conveniently just inside the garage door) and work out how to use the elevator (garage key is also security fob) and which floor to go to (4), you'll find that nice apartment. Ask a local if looking for the gym as you will never find it otherwise. But worth finding as it's a great setup. If arriving before March 2025 the pool and public areas are all off limits as they are being renovated. So sadly no swimming or BBQs. And expect construction noise all day. And if there is more than one of you then you will need to be really good at coordinating your movements because only one key will be provided.

Great location and fantastic that pets can stay…the unit was however tired and very cheaply appointed… the bathroom sink was badly clogged on arrival and several light bulbs were not working…good on the owners for allowing pets though…..

Fabulous pet friendly apartment in top Kingston location.

We loved our stay at this home. We spent 5 nights In the apartment. It is perfectly located in the Kingston Foreshore precinct with Lake views and minutes to the cafes, restaurants and lake Burley Griffin. We travelled with our two toy cavoodles. The access and parking were very convenient. The apartment was well appointed. My 89 year old parents joined us for two nights and were comfortable and had easy lift access. We will return.

Great location

The property met our needs, was in a great location, but for the number of us and our comings and goings we really needed more than 1 access key / fob. Guests need to be able to specify and receive required number of keys. Overall though, had a great stay. Oh and ensure guests know to take their vehicle out of garage before leaving keys in apartment on departure.

Great property

Everything was great except the hopeless checkin... hope they have changed that. It took 48 hours to get it completed so that our car had a garage, there were no instructions about how to find the individual car park, it was even hard to find the pub where the keys were located, then they only gave us half the keys we needed. The apartment was great, well located, well supplied, clean etc
