Check-in
.Key collection is via an offsite lockbox. It is located an 11-minute walk or 3-minute drive from the property. Full access details will be sent automatically at 12:00 PM on your check-in day.

Extra bed
. The sofa is a single sofa bed and can be prepared for an additional guest at a charge of $55 per person, per night. For reservations with only 2 guests, if you would still like to use the sofa bed, a separate $30 bedding setup fee will apply. To ensure the additional charges are included automatically, please select 3 guests when making your reservation. Please also note that we are unable to accommodate last-minute sofa bed requests or changes once the reservation has commenced.

TV
The TV is a smart TV. Please note that we do not provide streaming service accounts or technical support for TV connectivity.

Noise
. There may be occasional environmental noise due to the central location and nearby activity, including a children’s playground located nearby.
