"Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment with plenty of parking right near building. AC was cold, full size fridge, and stocked kitchen was great. Within easy walking distance to restaurants/shops and parliament. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed our stay, highly recommended!"

"Gostei bastante da estadia no hotel....realmente, aprecio muito ficar em hotéis que são na verdade apartamentos completos. Ponto alto do hotel foi o atendimento no check in e check out...super rápido e simpático. A arrumação do quarto é apenas ok...poderia ser melhor. "The overall decor is outdated, and the elevators have an unpleasant smell. There is an open central atrium where music is played at night, and it can be heard clearly in the rooms — the sound insulation is poor. I stayed in room 2025, which is next to an electrical substation. The Wi-Fi signal in the room is extremely unstable and basically unusable. I tried both the guest and staff networks, but neither worked. I will not stay at this hotel again."

"Self checkin with video explaination. The video was a little quick for me and I had to play a number of times to get all the details. Once understood the process was simlpe. The unit was immaculate. The property had good parking which was roomy enough to accommodate a ute which is unusual in Canberra car parks. "The listing is advertising misleading information in relation to the car space. The listing reads ‘there is one allocated car space in residential garage (garage clearance height 2.2m)’. We could not park on this space and by the looks of it neither could a previous guest. We specifically chose this property not only for the location and bedroom numbers but the fact we could park our 2m high rental van in the space. This was not the case. The stacker for the space is set on the middle setting...
