"This Best Western fit our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was well prepared with an excellent layout. The whole facility was very clean. One drawback was the fitness room odor was rather unpleasant and needed airing. Its location made getting to the eastern suburbs of Rochester and into the Finger Lakes very easy. We will definitely be staying there again."

"A well maintained brand new hotel with large, well thought-out rooms. The bathrooms were enormous. Staff was friendly but the “restaurant” breakfast area was so short staffed that they could not reasonably serve 5 tables. The property was beautiful, overlooking the lake. Parking is plentiful with a whole row of EV chargers! "

"My wife and I, children, and grandchildren had a great experience. The place is alive with wildlife! Saw mother deer with fawns, chipmunks, squirrels, & foxes in the yard. Spent time on the lake, and dined at great restaurants. Bristol mountain outdoor adventures has an awesome zip line course. "

"My wife and I booked Mud Creek Lodge for a wedding weekend and it was the perfect spot! The game room and the back deck with the hot tub were a major plus. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. For me, one of the properties biggest highlights was the elbow room between you and the neighbors. Lots of space. The property description is very accurate when it came to accessing the water so be sure to read it carefully to make sure it is for you. I found lots of fossils along the shore which was an added bonus!!"

"The house was beautiful inside and out! It had everything you could need from kitchen items, to towels and bedding, and was very clean when we arrived! It was the perfect spot for a long weekend with our family. "

"Karin is an excellent hostess. The B & B is stunning but it’s Karin’s thoughtful touches that made our experience so exceptional. From her recommendations for daily activities, the sweets that are left out with the most fabulous iced tea and the AMAZING home cooked breakfast every morning made this a place that we’d go back to over and over again!"
