"We had a wonderful stay at this home. The house layout was very spacious with plenty of room, a big kitchen/countertop which we enjoy, a huge garage to fit our truck (which is rare), comfortable beds, and was very clean and well appointed! From a location persepctive, it was ideal, between both sunapee town and skiing and new london. "wonderful serene place to stay. What vacation is meant to be, Go out early morning on the lake and spend it with the loons, fish off the dock , excellent location to sightsee around New Hampshire , hosts were unbelievably attentive especially when the power went out one night."

"Eric is a gracious host. The entire booking and checking in process was very simple. Eric was awesome about giving me a wide variety of hiking areas with directions. I do choose one oh his recommendations. The best part a ready made fire pit! Would recommend and planning to return."

"Our family of 5 came up for Spring Break to enjoy alittle bit of skiing and visit family who live locally. Had a great time here, house was clean and had all Amenities needed. 20 min from skiing so we were able to go almost everyday even for just a few hours since it was so close by. Cooked most the meals there good supply of pots and pans and utensils."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We were delighted to find the beautiful Pemi River just minutes away via a short walk through the woods adjacent to the property. It was an unseasonably warm and wet winter weekend, and the driveway / parking areas were muddy, so just a bit of a warning for other guests to expect this."

"Mountainside estate was an absolute dream property! I swear we didn't even find all the bedrooms because there were just so many! All the guests raved about every part of the property, from the pool, to the kitchen, to all the lounge areas. Everything was comfortable, cozy, and very clean. We can't wait to plan our next stay!"

"this was a great house for us. there was space for everyone. the kitchen is very well stocked and the beds comfortable. it is a cozy house with rustic decor. the location is great. there are not enough wine glasses and the towels are small but those are minor details! we would go back, especially in another season to use the screen porch!"
