Der Stadtstrand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Lage ermöglicht aber auch sehr schöne Ausflüge mit dem Auto in die Umgebung: Feuchtgebiet Albufera, Cap Formentor, Platja de Muro (erstreckt sich von Alcùdia bis Can Picafort), Port de Pollenca, Cala Rajada etc.). Er hat uns unverhofft die Wohnung im Obergeschoss angeboten, dafür sind wir ihm bis heute sehr dankbar (hatten ja eigentlich die abgebildete Wohnung im Erdgeschoss des Hauses angemietet).
