The charming little vacation home "Arts 50" is located in a quiet location in Campos in the south of Mallorca and is perfect for individualists and those seeking peace and quiet. It consists of a colorful living room, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities of the child-friendly vacation home include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the living room, a TV with satellite connection and DVD player, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. A baby crib and a high chair can be provided upon request, a baby carriage is available too.

From the master bedroom you have access to a small terrace surrounded by greenery, equipped with a table and two chairs. From the living room you have direct access to a terrace with a large wooden dining table. A staircase leads from here to the cozy sun terrace, which is equipped with lounge furniture, a dining table, a stone barbecue and sun loungers, for perfect vacation feeling. In addition, there is a large communal pool, an outdoor shower and a table tennis table in the outdoor area.

The nearest restaurant is located about 900 meters away and can be reached on foot in 12 minutes. The center of Sa Rapita, where you will find numerous other restaurants and bars as well as some supermarkets, is a 6-minute drive away. You can reach Sa Rapita beach in about 8 minutes (4km) by car.

Parking is available on the street. Parties or events are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Guests must sign a contract with the house rules upon arrival.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. An osmosis system for drinking water is available for guests. An alarm system is installed.
