The well-kept Villa Karen in the south of Mallorca is accessible via a small gate and is surrounded by hedges and terraces. The beautiful, long natural beach of Sa Rápita can be easily reached by bike.







Outside there is a lovely pool with a bench and plenty of space for sun loungers. Enjoy cosy barbecues in the large dining area on the covered terrace by the house, which is easily accessible from the kitchen and living room. The cosy and comfortably furnished rooms are spread over two floors. The light-flooded living and dining room is open to the modern and fully equipped kitchen. Both the living room and the kitchen have direct access to the terrace through glass doors. The villa has a total of four double bedrooms. Two of them have their own bathroom en suite. The other bedrooms share another bathroom. Even in the cooler months, the villa offers a pleasant indoor climate thanks to radiators. By the way: you can easily hire bikes for trips to the beach on site during your holiday.



The villa is located in the well-kept coastal settlement of Sa Rápita in the south of Mallorca. The long sandy beach of Sa Rápita can be reached by car in 6 minutes or by bike in 8 minutes, and Es Trenc is 10 km away. The coastal village has small supermarkets and restaurants. Further shopping facilities can be found in Campos, 13 km away.
