Situated on a beautiful corner plot in a residential neighbourhood and surrounded by hedges and cypresses, you can tell from just looking at the exterior that this place offers some great opportunities for upscale living. In front of the house, a covered terrace extends towards the pool; it's a wonderful setting for al fresco dining. There is plenty of room at the white dining table so that everyone in your group can eat together here at any time of day. From here, just two steps lead down to the pool, which is completely surrounded by a beautiful wooden terrace. Under a canopy, you'll find a delightful outdoor lounge area with comfortable white sofas and armchairs and a stylish glass and shipping pallet table; indulge in a little luxury as you sit out here with a cool drink in hand, looking out over the shimmering turquoise waters of the pool. The sunroof is also adjustable, so you can decide how much time you want to spend in the sun or shade. Lined with unusually large tiles, the pool offers young and old alike a lovely place to relax and cool off on hot days. Wide steps lead gently down into the pleasant, skin-flattering salt water.
