"O hotel é muito lindo, bem localizado, boa estrutura, vistas lindas, quarto amplo, tudo ótimo! Onde está o problema do hotel: o restaurante (jantar) não é bom, não condiz com o alto padrão do hotel. Falta pessoal tb, tudo muito lento, poucos garçons e pequena equipe no hotel (nem arrumaram o quarto)."

"This place was unexpectedly great. It’s only a few years old but it’s been well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The gym is very well equipped. The pool, while small, is nice and not overly chlorinated. And the free breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and a great alternative to the much higher priced spots in Bend."

"My husband and I stayed five nights. Our room was cleaned and fresh towels, etc replenished daily. The breakfast variety was excellent and very clean. We loved the pool and hot tub. I used the laundry facilities while we were there and found it convenient and easy to use. Th staff were very helpful. We would stay there again."

"Friendly staff, clean rooms, and an easy walk to the Fairgrounds! We stayed in a double queen room with a kitchen and had a creek view. It was a great room with two TVs, a couch, desk, and double sinks. It was perfect for a girls weekend! Thank you to the super friendly front desk staff :)"

"We booked for an additional night and the lady at the desk initially said we had to exit our room and move to another since we booked through Expedia. They only do housekeeping every other day and the website says there is a spa, nope. They closed it and filled it in 2019. They need to update the website."

"The property was beautiful. If you enjoy golf and other outside activities you will not be disappointed. We were not able to use the the amenities since we were only there to sleep. I highly recommend visiting Smith Rock SP. Even if you don’t hike it’s an unbelievable place to see!"

"Over all the room, bed, and bathroom were clean and very comfortable for our 2 night stay. The breakfast offered a good selection of foods both heated and cold, and drinks and opened promptly at 6:30 a.m. I would stay there again."

"The check in was simple and easy. We were not told anything about WiFi password or ice. Only restaurant choice on night we got there was to order delivery which was $25 for a small slice of lasagna with a small slice of bread with an additional 20% fee and a $5 delivery charge- so $35 for a small cold piece of lasagna and no table to eat it at in the room. Only one chair as well so no place for my spouse to sit to eat. Patio was dirty and had not been cleaned off and same with all the cushions...
