Mondomini - Charming cottage with view on the sea

Our charming cottage is on a top of a hill very close (5 mins drive) to the beach of Campofilone, Pedaso, Cupra, arts and culture of Fermo and beautiful surrounding romantic villages, restaurants and dining in Campofilone, Grottammare, Cupra, Porto San Giorgio. You’ll love our place for the light, the coziness, the 9.000+ olive trees, the beautiful views of the sea, the hills and countryside, the mountains, its true peacefulness.
Our place is good for couples, artists and writers, bikers and solo adventurers.

We speak fluently English, French, Italian.

Our house is unique for its peacefulness and wonderful views. You can rest under the olive trees or in a charming private garden overlooking the sea.

You will be able to access the garden near the kitchen, the area with the olive trees on the left hand side of the house, the immediate area in front of the house with the white stones floor. Your car can park under the olive trees right by the cottage.

Our favorite restaurants are:
• Lele at 5 Ragazze in Campofilone: a restaurant where you can eat the best Olive Ascolane, Fried Cream and Maccheroncini Campofilone
• Trattoria La Bionda Pedaso: only if you like restaurants of great simplicity. At La Bionda you can try great fried and roasted fish plates and exceptional spaghetti allo scoglio (with seafood)
• Trattoria Angelo by the sea in downtown Pedaso: Fried fish and other typical local food
• Trattoria Pepe Nero in Cupra Alta: a very good restaurant with a beautiful view.
• Trattoria all'Arancio Grottammare Alta: very good restaurant in a wonderful setting
• Bar Vanilla Coffee for breakfast or coffee in Pedaso in front of the tennis court. If you like to play tennis, it is easy. You write your name on the board outside the court with the pencil behind the board and then you pay a small amount to the person who takes care of it.

Among the nearby trips, you can go to Moresco, Grottammare Alta, Torre di Palme, Campofilone (visit the Abbey of San Bartolomeo), Cupra Alta, Fermo, Ripa Transone, Montefiore, Ortezzano. In addition, all the surrounding villages are very beautiful.
For grocery shopping you can go to Pedaso:
• Santoni Bakery, Mercantini Street, where you will find bread without salt and with salt and delicious cakes for breakfast
• Fish Market / Via Aldo Moro: if you go early in the morning (till 10.30am) you can find fish caught during the night
• Butcher “I Sapori della Tradizione” on the Adriatic main road for meats, sausages like Marche Ciauscolo and cheeses like Pecorino of various types, many excellent ready meals, many special treats to try
• Fruit and Vegetables Elvia, Via Mercantini ,: often the products come directly from the farmers' fields. It is at the corner in front of the Supermarket Tigre
• Cantina Centanni on the road Valdaso: for white wines Passerina and Pecorino

If you need a doctor, there is a hospital in Fermo with Emergency Room an doctor is available on call for tourists. Pharmacy is in Pedaso and Cupra.
