Complete bathroom (shower height approximately 1.78 cm); Kitchen-living room with 2 single beds; Attic storage room;
AMONG THE AVAILABLE COMFORTS: outdoor shower, 1 private parking space inside the residence, barbecue, wi-fi Internet, washing machine, 2 air conditioners, television, mosquito nets, umbrella for the beach.

Conceived and designed to spend pleasant holidays, full of reasons to never get bored, easy to reach the Sicilian beauties with the motorway entrance only about 4 km away.
