In addition, the sea is generally calm and shallow, which makes it perfect for children (there are also play areas along the shore). Around the beach, the landscape is enriched by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation, creating a very suggestive natural environment.

In this residence we offer types of studio apartments (5 plus one with a mezzanine) and two-room apartments (4), some on the first floor, others on the second floor, some with a terrace, others without.

All apartments offer bright and air-conditioned environments in every room.

All apartments are equipped with air conditioning in every room. They feature a modern kitchen with induction cooktops and an electric oven, as well as a bathroom with a shower box and a bidet, which is located on the left upon entering. Located on the second floor of the building, the living area offers a single bed and an additional pull-out single bed, ceiling fans, and air conditioning. The double bedroom has a window. Exclusive-use terrace.

Important Notes:

Registration is required even if there is no overnight stay, but only a brief stop (even less than one hour), so guests are asked to inform in advance about any visitors on the premises.
For groups of young people, the minimum check-in age is 21 (a lower age can be requested, with the payment of a double security deposit).
Check-in at our offices from 16:00 to 19:30 and check-out by 09:00; for check-ins after 20:00, an additional fee of €50.00 is required.
Small/medium-sized pets are allowed with an additional cleaning fee of €30.
Security deposit (mandatory): €150.00; refunded at the end of the stay after checking the property’s condition (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 15:00).
Bed and bath linens: €20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not available for on-site booking.
Key Collection Information:
Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival. For any needs, you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, key collection usually takes place at our Marina di Campo offices (or Portoferraio for low season periods).
