"Front desk team was very nice and responsive. The general manager was always available and very kind. Breakfast ok, well served and the ladies that use to take care of it were very kind. Congratulation to the Best Western team. I would stay there again in visiting Chicago in the future."

"Funcionários excelentes e prestativos, quarto cheirava fumo com perfume forte porém estava limpo."

"We love saying here love the property. Only complaint is the windows aren’t very sound proof, too much street traffic and noise .also, went to grab breakfast, they told Us the kitchen was closed at 1030, i looked at my watch and it was 1031 . But we will still come back with our a white noise maker and awareness to get to breakfast before 1029 am"

"Pretty solid. Rooms are okay and staff was pleasant"

"Beautiful property. Little pocket of what makes you feel like a giant forest, in the middle of Oak Brook. The water view with the trails is beautiful. The rooms were amazing. Restaurant not the best, nothing amazing, but palatable"
