"We love staying here, however once again the kids in 251 were screaming and running the halls, so loud it woke us up twice, I eventually went in the hall and told them to shut up. Then AGAIN the damn housekeeping tried walking in our room. It was 9:30 and check out is 11. I am about sick of that happening"

"We were in town for softball that weekend. The hotel was nice clean and the rooms were spacious, which is what we need for softball weekends."

"I am asking for a Refund. We did not even stay in the property because of how disgusting and horrific it was. There was an awful smell in our room. The room looked like a prison cell the bed was against the wall with chipped paint all over. There was dirty and garbage on the bathroom floor."

"Clean rooms, nice place with friendly staff. This is the first time I have stayed at a hotel where breakfast was an additional charge, but .. it was pretty good, with a nice selection. The sofa in the Suite I stayed in, was not the most comfortable, but the room was nice. Disappointed in the pool being so COLD! I went down for a swim, and only stayed in the pool for about 5 minutes, it was much too cold to enjoy. Ended up going back to the room and taking a hot shower, to warm back up! ...

"This property it’s old and needs a renovation!! They over charged got my reservation and tried charging 325 a night for this old run down hotel!"

"We have stayed at this hotel in the past, the last time probably in 2020. We will not stay again. It has significantly gone down hill in that time. The rooms were not very clean, the counters had stickiness from previous stays and there were crumbs all over the floor and beds. Walking into the lobby smelled very musty and throw the halls smelled like marajuana on multiple occasions. The hot tub was broken and apparently early has been for over a month. The pool area was a mess - dirty...

"Stay away! There are bed bugs in the room. Awful experience. Now I have over 15 bites on my body. Legs, arms, belly, hands..."

"Bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast. At times the room was described as accessible and in another place handicapped was mentioned but there wasn’t even a grab bar in the bathroom."

"No carpet, only cheap vinyl plank flooring, the bed was shot. You could see the sunken springs from where countless others have slept over the years as you walked in the room. The couch had no padding and the desk chair pleather cover was torn and coming apart. The bathroom only had one light and was behind the mirror. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Overall it was one of the worst motel rooms I’ve ever been in."
