"I travelled from Maryland to this Residence Inn location for a Morgan Wallen concert in Cleveland at the Huntington Bank Field. The field was only 30 mins from this location and super easy to get too. There is a good pick of fast food options right by this Hotel. The staff were impeccable! Extremely friendly! The hotel itself was super clean and the Breakfast was delicious.
They are pet friendly, have a hot tub and pool as well!! Can’t beat how convenient all that is!

"Breakfast was great, very responsive staff when my towel bar fell off the wall, quiet room. Loved it! The design is deliberately “old fashioned”, but the rooms could use upgrades. That’s my only complaint! "

"We had a great experience here. We were here for a couple of nights on the first leg of a longer trip that included upstate New York and Niagara falls. We would stay here again."
"Hotel reformado, bem localizado, cercado de restaurantes mas reina pela falta de opções para quem vai para Willoughby ou Mentor. Carece de um bom gerenciamento e de controle sobre a limpeza e manutenção. Tapetes dos corredores imundos. A equipe de limpeza faz o quarto na hora que eles podem ou querem. Se você não sair antes do meio dia arrisca de ficar com o quarto desarrumado. Ficamos dois dias seguidos sem limpeza. Já no primeiro dia encontramos a roupa de cama suja, já
usada. Um absurdo....
"Stayed for a weekend, the room was clean, beds were clean and comfortable. No issues other than the toilet being loose, reported to the staff and they advised they would have it fixed, other than hearing a couple dogs bark here and there it was quiet. All the staff were friendly, the a/c worked fantastic on a 90+ degree weekend, the fridge and freezer were both cold, we didnt use the stovetop, but noticed there are no pans for anyone planning to, the microwave worked fine, shower was hot, no...

"A very unique property that is a mix of a VRBO and a smaller boutique hotel. It is part of a special event venue with two buildings surrounded by gorgeous grounds. There were 9 rooms oriented around a common great room with a full kitchen, huge dining table, fireplaces, couches and to my grandchildren’s delight, several arcade games, foosball table and air hockey!
