"My stay at Microtel Batangas was superb!
From the time I checked in, my experience was extraordinary. This was not the usual hotel I would choose. However, what makes this hotel great is their staff. Lani, the hotel manager, made me looked into several rooms to choose from to accommodate my needs. Ron Q, the afternoon front desk staff was always available to assist with my needs whether it was food, transportation or extra towel at night. During the day, I was helped by the day shift staff like...

Im Badezimmer hatte es noch Haare vom Vorgänger und im Gebäude hat es auf den Treppenstufen zum Teil viel Staub und Haare. Beim Frühstück ist der Juice leider nur ein Pulvergemisch (Geschmacksrichtung unbekannt). Im Badezimmer war in der Badewanne war der Abfluss verstopft und das zum Regulieren des Abflusses war kaputt und fiel beim Duschen runter.

"It just felt like a wonderful home filled with love and nature. The staff was amazing. Always greeting us. They treated my son so well. This is a place that just gets it. They understand everything a person would need. Fast internet, jacuzzi outside of the room, big TV, huge room with a high ceiling, amazing food, sauna, huge pool, a kiddie pool, open playing space grassy area, huge bathroom. No issues with late check out. I will keep coming back."

"We enjoyed our 2 nights at Whitewoods. Place was good value for money. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff were nice. They offer plated breakfast which is good and have some options. Swimming pool was nice and clean. We will visit again. There is laundrymart just outside the hotel with in walkable distance as well."
"The receptionist is very blend, the tv in the room is not working, for the 8 nights I was there. I had no tv at all, the shower is not so clean, the floor is very dusty, I knew how dusty it was, as my allergy were trigger by it. It is not the cheapest hotel in San Pablo but the closest to my family's houses. The only reason I stayed that long because my family lives nearby. "Péssimo para a relação custo beneficio, o hall inteiro do hotel tem cheiro de velho e muito mofo, é impossível manter o ar ligado porque a central é extramamente fria e vc não consegue ajustar a temperatura sem contar um mal cheiro do ar que acredito não passar por uma limpeza troca de filtros a anos, sujeira é algo bem normal nas Filipinas… Sem contar a desorganização na recepção para fazer check in sempre cheio e com pouca flexibilidade de horário as 15hs acumula muita gente para fazer check in gerando transtorno…"
