The apartment has a living area of 52m² and it’s located in a small well-kept residential building (4 parties) situated in a calm side street in the immediate vicinity of the center of Venturina Terme.
It was renovated in 2020 with selected modern materials and comfortable fittings.

The apartment consists of a small corridor, a spacious bedroom, a living room with balcony, a kitchen and a bathroom with large shower, level with the ground. All rooms are accessible from the corridor so everyone can move without disturbing the others.
All rooms have windows with double glasses and roller shutters.

The bedroom (16 m²) provides two natural-wood beds (each 90x200 cm) and it‘s possible to connect them together (with special connecting pieces) creating a comfortable double bed. Further it hosts a great wardrobe, table and chairs, a 40 Inch Full-HD satellite TV and ceiling fan with 3 speeds.

The living room (15 m²) is comfortably furnished and equipped. You’ll find an extendable dining table with chairs, a practical sofa with fast-and-easy double bed function (sleeping surface 140x204 cm), chest of drawers, 49 Inch Smart-Full-HD satellite TV, HiFi-Stereo and 3-speed ceiling fan.

From here You‘ll reach the spacious balcony (4,20 x 1 m) oriented to east so You can enjoy the sunrise and a very beautiful view over the hills and the countryside.

The kitchen is equipped with 4-burner gas hob with extractor hood, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, an espresso machine, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. Further there is a small table with two chairs.

The bathroom with it‘s nice maritime details includes a comfortable shower (surface 80x120 cm level with the ground) , a wide washbasin with large mirror, WC (with hand-shower for bidet function). By the window it is easy and fast to air.

The apartment is provided with Free-WiFi and reception of TV/Radio channels through satellite and aerial (both TV).
Free private parking places without time limits are directly beside the house.
On demand use of washing machine, cot and high chair.

The tuscan place Venturina Terme is located between Piombino and San Vincenzo at immediate proximity to the lovely Tyrrhenic Coast. Thanks to the near motorway connection (Pisa/Livorno – Grosseto – Rome) it is easily and quickly reachable.

Also the little railway station (distance 3,5 km from the apartment) is serving travellers several times a day in direction North and South.

The holiday flat is situated in a calm side street in the immediate vicinity of the centre of Venturina Terme (approx. 9.000 residents), a district of the beautiful medieval village Campiglia Marittima, which is located onto a nearby hill.

Aside from the fact You‘ll need only 10-15 minutes by car to reach the most beautiful beaches of the Tyrrhenic Coast, Venturina Terme has much more to offer:

At 250 m from the apartment You can find the nice pedestrian zone of Venturina Terme with a lot of Bars, Restaurants and Shops. Also shopping opportunities for food and other goods are just distant within only 1 km (CONAD Superstore, COOP Centro Commerciale, Penny Market...)

Last but not least Venturina Terme accommodates a real gem:

The famous Etruscan thermal springs which rises with warm 36° C from the deep.
