At 5 minutes by car there are two very characteristic medieval villages, Campiglia Marittima and Suvereto, in the municipalities of which are located among the largest wineries in Europe, open to the public for visits and tastings. Also at 5 minutes by car there are the thermal baths of Venturina Terme, whose waters that flow at 36 ° offer the possibility of many therapeutic treatments. A 7-minute drive away are the splendid white sand beaches of the Golfs of Baratti and Follonica with behind them the natural parks of the Mediterranean scrub. A10 minute drive away are the Natural Parks of the Etruscan Coast, the Archaeological Mines Park of San Silvestro, the Archaeological Park of the Etruscan city Populonia. A 15 minute drive takes you to the port of Piombino from where you can take the ship to the beautiful Elba Island and the smaller islands of the Tuscan Archipelago, or to more distant shores, Corsica.
