Welcome to our large 220 m² house, fully renovated and perfect for family, friends, or colleagues. Located in the heart of Campbon, away from prying eyes and noise, it offers the perfect balance of tranquility and immediate access to shops.



On the ground floor, enjoy a vast 100 m² living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen: 2 fridges, oven, microwave, 4-burner gas hob, filter and capsule coffee makers, kettle, toaster, sandwich/waffle maker. The cozy lounge features a large wood stove, TV with Chromecast, foosball table, and board games. A bathroom with WC completes this level.



Upstairs, there are 4 spacious bedrooms, one with a private bathroom and WC. A large shared bathroom with 2 showers and a separate WC is also available. Baby amenities: crib, travel cot. Other amenities: ironing board with steam station. Body and hair soap provided in the showers.



Outside, enjoy a walled garden with a wooden terrace, garden furniture, and gas barbecue. A 7-person spa is available for an extra fee, plus a fire pit area and sun loungers for relaxing.



For your comfort, beds are made and bath towels are ready in each room on arrival. Dish soap, sponges, and tea towels are provided.



On Saturday mornings, stroll through the local market. Bakery, bar, and supermarket are just steps away.



Check-out at 11am, with late departure possible depending on availability.
