Easy access to local sights yet quiet enough to enjoy nature and the beautiful sound of a loon on the lake.We were lucky to find this place and have such an enjoyable stay. "Loved this cottage. The lake is beautiful, water is nice enough for swimming and we had lots of fishing , kayaking and paddle board fun! Beautiful sunsets. Cozy cottage with lots of extra blankets which we loved. Nice and clean. Love the screened in porch for morning coffee and just to sit and listen to the water. Thank you so much. "

"We had a flood in our BNB which we booked back in February. Thankfully this cottage was available to cover part of our stay. The kids enjoyed the location and we were so grateful for enough beds for everyone to stretch out at night (myself with 3 kids, one being a teenager)! "This was the perfect place for us while visiting relatives in the area and only an hour drive from the Ottawa airport. After we arrived Brianna came to welcome us and provide some detail about the home. This is a beautiful property, impeccable decor and design with all the amenities plus more. The hot tub, fire pit and a glass of wine at the rivers edge were added touches of enjoyment. The S’mores were delicious, thank you Brianna."

"This is a lovely property and the host is excellent. We had three generations of family (20s, 50s and 80s) and all had a great time.The chalet has everything you need, including space for everyone and a very usable kitchen and food preparation area. "We can not thank you enough for our dream vacation at the most wonderful location. We loved the very small town of Westmeath. The large cottage is superb in every way. It had a cool inviting sub level with bunk beds for kids to build memories, with movies and cards for late night. "This property was amazing for our family. We had two little ones under two who enjoyed the sandy beach that had a gentle walk out. There were many areas to play! We made a jaunt out to the Hugli's blueberry ranch in Pembroke which was so fun! The adults enjoyed the hot tub and the multitude of recreational activities available like the SUPS and kayaks. The house was very functional and lovely to spend time in."
