"This is a clean, older hotel. It was quiet and the breakfast was good. I have gluten intolerance, so it was hard to find choices, but eventually I was able to find some appropriate options. Great for families as well as singles. If I come back to Gillette, I would stay again."

"I think my wife said it best. I’ve had worse. The room looked partially renovated, bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pretty pathetic, had cereal but no milk. Had a juice machine but no juice. The waffle maker was the only saving grace. The heater was very loud and was too hot and basically had an on and off setting. The door did not seal out the cold well and it was very cold at times. The jacuzzi was very good overall. "

"Our visit started out horribly when after check-in we found ourselves taken to a tiny, unclean room kind of in the lower level area - had to go down some stairs outside and into a room behind a metal door. The room had a small queen or maybe a full-size bed, not the king bed room we had booked and paid for. When we pointed this out to the front desk person, he said it was the correct room, and that they didn't even have any king bed rooms on the property. As my husband questioned him further,...
