Casale Ombrone is a restored stone farmhouse nestled in the rolling hills of the Tuscan Maremma, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. This charming retreat retains its original features, including Barberino stone walls, terracotta floors, and chestnut beams, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Located near Campagnatico, the property is ideal for exploring the picturesque Maremma region, from medieval towns like Montalcino to the thermal baths of Saturnia and the stunning Tyrrhenian coast. With spacious interiors, a panoramic swimming pool, and beautifully landscaped grounds, Casale Ombrone provides a perfect escape for families or groups.
Interior:
The villa spans two levels, connected by internal and external staircases. FIRST FLOOR - Main entrance leading to a hallway arranged on several levels; three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with shower; twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower; single bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower; two staircases descend to the ground floor. GROUND FLOOR - Open-plan dining and living room with smart tv and ornamental fireplace; built-in kitchen with pantry and access to a portico for outdoor dining; double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; guest bathroom. Air conditioning in the living areas and bedrooms.
Park:
The fenced garden covers 3,000 sq m, dotted with olive trees, cypresses, and aromatic herbs. A shaded portico near the kitchen offers a dining area with panoramic views of the hills. Adjacent to the annex, a barbecue area with a wood-burning oven and sink enhances the outdoor experience. Stone steps lead to a lower terrace with covered parking spaces.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The pool is situated 30 m from the villa and offers a peaceful retreat. Rectangular shape; dimensions 12 x 5 m with depth ranging from 1.1 m to 2.4 m; salt purification; metal ladder for access; terracotta-paved pool terrace shaded by an olive tree and equipped with sunbeds, a large umbrella, and a cold-water shower; manual lighting; open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
