Casa Maggiorana A is a characteristic and welcoming cottage surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps four people. Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going up approximately five stairway steps. The pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by tall trees. From the swimming pool you will have a view of the garden. You will share the pool with guests staying at 2 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until mid-September.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and two gazebos. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will have a nice view of the swimming pool and of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
 Patio
The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will have a view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is made of wood. The furnishings are in the traditional style of the Tuscan countryside. The furnishings include a sofa. There is a practical fireplace made of bricks. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the alleyway at the rear of the house through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
