3 spacious double bedrooms, all with private en-suite bathrooms for maximum privacy.

The Master Suite boasts a refined, scenic bathtub positioned beneath large panoramic windows overlooking the valley.

HOUSE RULES AND USEFUL INFORMATION
Check-in: 15:00 - 18:00 | Check-out: by 11:00 a.m. (Late check-out available upon request, subject to availability, for an additional fee of €50).

Self-Check-in: Available via a security box with a code.

Pets: Welcome! (Maximum of 1 medium-sized dog or 2 small dogs allowed, with a supplement of €20 per night per pet).

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

Parties & Events: Private events and professional photo/video shoots are permitted only with prior approval and agreement from the property owner.

Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Water: Tap water is not safe to drink; bottled water is provided free of charge for the entire stay.

Assistance: The host personally welcomes guests at check-in (or ensures constant support) and is always available during your stay for any needs.
