"Quaint little older home. Very clean, well stocked with linens, coffee, shampoo, body wash, etc. Extremely convenient to downtown Southern Pines. Ample parking for two cars. Had concerns over electrical outlets. The outlets in the kitchen and smaller bedroom sparked everytime something was plugged into them. The house was built in the 1940's, so understandably there was a noticeable smell (musty). Kitchen had been renovated, but it was obvious some things went lacking (ceiling was painted in...

"Very nice interior. Not in the greatest part of town but safe enough. The only thing to note is that the remotes for TV’s and ceiling fans need new batteries. Some remotes didn’t work."
