The modern luxury home features two primary king bedrooms both with french doors facing the lake, 2 queen bedrooms, also lake facing, one fantastic 4 bunkbed room, a two twin bedroom & a sofa bed pull-out. A sprawling backyard with a beautiful view of the golf course just across the water. Enjoy one covered 1 slip dock with swim deck complete w kayaks, SUPs, float and fun galore! - Old Kinderhook golf resort including golf, restaurant and other amenities - Lake (quiet cove) with private dock - Outdoor Swimming Pool (residence pool) at resort - short drive or walk - Indoor swimming pool at resort (for small cost) Stunning gated neighborhood located in the premier Old Kinderhook Golf Resort. Community amenities include pools, golf, tennis, gym, spa, restaurants, private marina - just to name a few! Our property also comes with two boat slips if you bring or rent a boat. It is possible to walk to semi-private resident pool as well as to private marina if you use our slip to dock your boat. Every place is accessible by car as well.

This house was awesome! We have a family reunion and stay at a different lake house every year and I think this is my favorite so far. The home was beautifully decorated, very clean and had everything we needed! There was plenty of room for our family of 15. The adult kids loved the lake toys and big back yard to hang out in. I would love to stay there again sometime.

This is an absolutely perfect place for a family stay. It sits on a quiet cove just off of the main body of the lake in the Old Kinderhook resort. Our kids had the best time fishing, swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding in the cove. We rented a boat for a few days and had a wonderful time tubing, exploring the lake, and boating to restaurants for lunches and dinners. There are also a couple of resort pools that are accessible, as well as a really nice golf course, basketball and pickleball courts. The house itself is a great floorplan for a family vacation. The upstairs is large and open with beautiful views while the downstairs has a great bunk room, extra bedrooms, and an entertainment room for the kids to hang out. Everything was in excellent shape and very clean. The property owner was a pleasure to deal with and showed great concern for every aspect of our stay. I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful home for a family gathering

his was a beautiful home and the perfect size for our group of 8 adults and 5 children. It was clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with all the kitchen supplies we needed to prepare meals for a large group. The spacious layout gave everyone room to relax without feeling crowded, and the thoughtful touches throughout the house made it feel especially welcoming and homey. The owner and property manager were both responsive and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was a great setting for making memories, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Old Kinderhook House

I rented both houses from the owner (side by side) for our employees for a business meeting. The space was exactly what we needed and the check-in process was smooth. Kitchen well stocked and layout was perfect for our large group to eat and lounge. I reached out a couple of times to ask some questions through VRBO email leading up to the stay and didn't get a response but I think the owner's email was not working. Once I texted the property manager everything went great. Loved the homes and location made it nice to watch the sunrise over the lake each morning!

Family Vacation

This property was fabulous! It fit our family of 12 perfectly. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and cookware, dishes, and silverware. It could use more non-stemware glasses. There’s were plenty of inside games. The water was perfect for swimming with super calm water in a secluded cove and a lily pad, kayaks, paddle boards, and life vests and more to play with. The hosts and property manager were very responsive and delightful to work with. Thank you for a memorable vacation.

Outstanding Property & Location

The family thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The property manager met us and was very helpful whenever we had questions. The house was stunning with the perfect layout. Appreciated the extra fridge in the garage. Quiet neighborhood and segment of the lake. Lake access. Be sure to inquire about the host's boat if you're thinking of renting. Easy to travel by water to restaurants and fuel. The dock is great to fish off and float on the lilypad. Camdenton is convenient and Walmart grocery pickup was a must. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this listing and our family vacation in Old Kinderhook. Lots to keep littles and adults busy every day. Highly recommend! If you want a pool, just look next door for the owner's other property. Thank you for the memories! We'll be back!

Great house and location!

We met some family from various parts of the country at the house for an annual get-together. It's a great house, well-maintained, very nice and clean, and is in a good location. We did some boating, fishing and swimming in the lake, and also played pickleball on the nearby courts. We're planning to come back next year!

Weekend Retreat

I put on a wellness retreat for women and this was a perfect space for it. Quiet cove so not a lot of boat noise, beautiful gathering space and plenty of rooms to be on your own as well. The place is well stocked, nicely decorated and very clean.

Lake of the ozarks - Camdenton

We stayed here for a Golf trip. The house was amazing! They had an extra bags set, shuffleboard, poker sets and lots of cool stuff to use on the lake. Definitely one of the coolest VRBOs I’ve stayed in.

Our group included 10 adults & 5 children. We were very pleased with the house & various activities available for everyone. The top deck/porch was ideal for the adults’ game night & morning coffee. I was impressed with the overall accommodations- especially at that price!!

We had a great time playing in the water off the dock which was in an isolated cove. Especially with a wide age range of kids. Plenty of room to spread out relax, eat great food and spend time together.

Family reunion

Great house and location for our family reunion. Plenty of space for 14 people. House was equipped with many games that added to the fun. Rented a pontoon boat which was a big hit especially the tubing. Dinner at the Trophy Room was delicious!!! We would definitely recommend this rental and would love to return in the future!

Fun filled 4th

We hosted our daughters and their families over the 4th for a week at this lovely, spacious and inviting home. It was all just pretty darn perfect! I was a bit worried about the location but it turned out to be wonderful. It is situated in a quiet cove with only a golf course across from the home. Perfect spot for the kids to play on the water without worrying about boat traffic and lots of fun water equipment. The cove is only a few minutes away from a larger channel for skiing and tubing. A number of our group golfed at Old Kinderhook. There was an incredible fireworks display straight across from the house which made us feel like it was just for those of us on the cove ~ truly memorable! We try to do a different experience every year but our whole feels this is one we would like to repeat. A great time was had by all.

Great space for our large family get together!

Our extended family of 15 stayed here last week for a special get together. The home is lovely and there was plenty of space for all of us. The kids LOVED the bunk room, of course! We enjoyed switching off eating meals between the spacious bench/kitchen table and the outdoor eating space. The kids had lots of fun in the water (young and teens!) between the lily pad, paddle boards and kayaks that are available at the home. One of the best features of the home is the location on the lake. It is at the end of the cove so the water is quiet and the kids could play without us having to be on super high alert for boaters. Additionally, the golf course is across the lake from the house so this also added to limited traffic in the water where they played and made for a nice backdrop when sitting outside. The property manager was readily available for a few minor items that came up during our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect place to be!

Great quaiet location. Super well equipped house - all you need in kitchen and outdor activities. Acces to the boat, ASK OWNERS THEY HAVE ONE FOR RENT . Ideal open space layout for 4-5 families. Beautiful golf course minutes away. You cant ask for anything else in Lake Ozark.
