Condo, 4 Bedrooms + Loft, 3 Baths; Sleeps 8

This spacious condo is located just south of Camdenton, MO off of Hwy 54 on the West side of the Big Niangua Arm (MM13) with no long winding roads to meander through. This quiet and beautiful area is near Ha Ha Tonka State Park which offers fantastic views and hiking trails.

You may see a few things in the pictures that don't quite fit, we are still working on updating the condo and will provide new pictures in the Spring.

The living room features a reclining sofa and two chairs with ottoman's so you can put your feet up and relax. The full kitchen has a table that seats 6, an open breakfast bar that seats 3, refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer, clothes dryer and lots of pots and pans for your cooking needs. The large deck offers a stunning lake view and has plenty of seating for you to relax, as well as a large grill to cook your favorite meals on.

The master bedroom has access to the deck, a king-sized bed, two dressers, large walk-in closet and private full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and large closet. The third bedroom has a queen bed and dresser. The loft overlooking the living room has a flat screen TV and seating area. The loft bedroom has a queen bed with private shower/bathroom. There's a mini fridge in the loft providing extra space for drinks/snacks.

This condo is furnished with linens and towels for all three baths and kitchen. All you need are your toiletries and towels for your water activities.

This complex has two large swimming pools for your enjoyment. There is a nice playground for the younger members of your group as well as a sand volleyball court. There is great fishing off the shore, dock and around the gazebo area. If you need a boat/jet ski slip please message me to make arrangements.

A security deposit is required to hold reservations, which will only be kept in the event of property damage or late cancellation of your reservation.
