"I have no idea how this property has a good rating on the Expedia site. That was not our experience. The room was not clean with wrappers on the floor and a dirty towel on the shelf. We arrived later in the evening and when we got up the next morning all I wanted just wanted to get out of there. I did speak with the staff and she said I should have asked for another room. Lesson learned. No apology."

"Housekeepers did a very cursory job. We were there for 5 days and I don’t believe the carpet was ever swept. There was a disgusting stain on our window shade, which they tried to clean unsuccessfully. They said it would be replaced if it couldn’t be cleaned, but never was. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Overall, just adequate for travelers."

"This was a scary stay. I told my kids that I thought that I was staying at the Bates Motel (google the movie Psycho if you are not familiar). It is in a desolate area and gave off a creepy vibe. The parking lot has huge potholes. The room itself was pretty good. I have no complaints there. No coffee or breakfast available in the morning. Good internet connection, which was an issue with other hotels that I have stayed at. I would not stay here again."

"This was my 2nd stay here and planning to stay again in the future. Continental breakfast is still quick and filling with a variety of choices. Maybe biscuits and gravy would be a welcome addition. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I was impressed by the brightly lit parking lot. I feel very safe staying here."

"The water park is the main attraction attracting families with kids... But the rooms are designed for just sleeping.. I stayed there a family of two adults and three kids. For two nights.. I took store bought container food and paper plates.. But there was no where to sit. We sat on the beds.. Food got everywhere. On the floor, beds.. Everywhere.. And there is nowhere to hang wet towels, swimsuits, bags.. and only one tiny trash can.. But they will give you trash bags if you want them. And...

"The rooms were really nice. The staff was super helpful. They could have used more assistance with guest bags to the rooms. The ghost tour was awesome. The food and drinks in the 3 Owl bar and restaurant were great! The pool area outside was super nice. The reason we went was for the SPA which was WORTH every penny!!!!!
