- 2/1: THE COTTAGE: Single level living, adjacent to the estate home, separated by the boat ramp. Huge covered deck. Chip n Joanna kitchen. Steps into the lake. Grill, Fire Pit, A/C, W/D, WiFi. Private Dock #2. Sleeps up to 4 (Q + 2-Twins).

- 2/1: THE TINY: Single level living, but steps up to the cottage. Grill, Fire Pit, A/C, W/D, WiFi. Set back from the water, but unobstructed lake views (a little more privacy). Shared Dock #3 with Vista. Sleeps up to 5 (Q + Dbl + Twin).

- 3/2: THE VISTA: Direct waterfront access. Big deck. Grill, Fire Pit, A/C, W/D, WiFi. Shared dock #3 with The Tiny. Sleeps up to 6 (K + Q + 2Twins).

THE EXTRAS: We have both a co-host and a property manager available for questions or needs. Yes, we have exterior cameras and expect the property and rules to be respected. If unauthorized, additional guests show up, even for the day, this becomes an unauthorized event.

30 GUESTS MAX. If you know in advance you might exceed this number, let's brainstorm. No extra guest visitors without permission.

Contactless entry, arrive to a clean home and an access code to the front door. Help is just a phone call, text or message away as your caretaker is local!

Please advise if bringing more than one dog for a dog quote! No cats.

NO EVENTS WITHOUT PERMISSION: No, you cannot rent the lakehouses and then host a wedding, without permission. If approved there will be an event fee. Exceeding 30 guests IS an unauthorized event.

CANCELLATIONS: In addition to our cancellation policy, if you were to cancel last-minute AND we were able to rebook, we will refund to you what the next group pays! A host just needs to be made whole from a cancellation, not profit from a guest's misfortune.
