"Excellent place to stay! Tucked into the woods in a clearing of trees with large lawns and a beautiful new sun deck. Very gracious and friendly owners, super friendly dogs. Cleaner than most major better hotels chains that I've stayed at. Blissfully quiet even though they welcome ATV's. I have allergies and asthma, had no issues even though it's a pet friendly property. Their private residence is attached to property so you can get a really great quiet nite's sleep. I definitely will stay...

"The inside looks like it has recently been remodeled and the employees were friendly. Nice and clean, the only downside is the breakfest could have some food. They had burretos small cups of yougurt and bite size muffins,cereal from a dispenser. Could have used some fruit maybe a waffle maker other than that every thing else was excellent."

"We came looking for a camping spot for the solar eclipse. Our site was tucked away at the end of a huge field on a small peninsula with a running river nearby. The camping was amazing, the ground was nice and soft for our tents and we could build the campfire up with an endless supply of firewood. The stars were on full display as there wasnt much light pollution in this area. Taking a splash in the fast and cool river was a highlight. He's such a nice, accommodating host. Taking the time to show us the property and delivering firewood to our site. The land is gorgeous! Great stargazing and sunsets. "Stayed here on our bicycle ride along the Erie Canalway Trail. It is right next to a trail and has a swimming pool. It has several grocery stores next door, but they all closed at 8 pm (a good place to grab yogurt or something like that for breakfast). There is a Domino's Pizza and a pharmacy next door. "
