Only issue is that you could hear pretty much everything outside: cars driving by with loud music playing, construction workers doing work in the middle of the night,etc. I understand this is not something the host can control, but something to consider when booking. "This private guest room is clean and inviting with modern amenities. It is in a lovely and safe neighborhood and entrance is separate from main house. The hosts were friendly and responsive to questions when needed. "

"The house was in a great location. The hosts were avaible whenever I had questions and even mades sure the sidewalk and steps were salted and sholved when a snow storm hit. We would definaetly stay here again when we return to the area!"

"We were looking for a place large enough to house 4 adults and 3 children and found this house which was just a little outside the city proper. It turned out to be a perfect fit. Situated in an older neighborhood, of which Philadelphia has many, house was clean and nicely equipped and appeared to be recently renovated. Neighboring homes were generally well-tended and the area was quiet and seemed safe. Spacious kitchen and dining areas were ideal for feeding a crew. On-site parking for two cars...

"Everything was great. Rooms are spacious and clean. The homeowner responded to questions within 15 minutes. Our we arrived at the house sooner than expected and he graciously allowed us to enter the house early. There are two offstreet parking spots and a cute little patio.. Only thing that we could’ve used that was not there was a baby gate for the stairs. He had a highchair and a pack and play which were greatly appreciated. "

"Had a great time at this place! It’s in a really nice area and around a lot of stuff. The beds were SO awesome. There were 3 beds that had different softness levels so there was something for everyone. One was firm, the other medium, and the other soft! The inside was so so cute and we loved it. It was easy to get in and it was perfect for the bachelorette party we came back from because it was RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER! 10/10 stay. Saving this place and absolutely coming back"
