"The Kist is one of the most beautiful accommodations, we‘ve ever been. Surrounded by fields & hills, with a lot of animals around you, it is very quiet. On the other hand the next greater town (Stirling) is not far away and from there you can travel by train very easy and fast to Glasgow and Edinburgh. Stirling is also worth visiting. The accommodation is very nice and equipped and Ilona and her husband are very helpful landlords. I hope, we will come back one day!"

"The place was good with basic furnishings. Scandi means Ikea. Internet worked well. It was well located in the centre of Linlithgow which is close to Edinburgh and a lovely town. "Came here with my family to celebrate my 60th birthday. Communication with the owner was excellent and check in accommodated us arriving early.There was everything and more on offer. We were pleasantly surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked with everything you could ask for.the selection of games kept everyone entertained. And the gift of chocolates and wine gave that extra special.touch...would definitely recommend and return."

"Thanks Jonathan, for our lovely stay on the gorgeous Gerda! Quiet, safe, clean and stocked with loads of comforts for adults and teens (WiFi works great, Netflix, games, kitchen). Surprisingly spacious, and the beds were really comfortable, delivering a restful night's sleep after full days exploring Scotland. Minutes from all the neighborhoods, and transportation stations, whether walking or taking a car service. And don't worry about warmth in the winter - the heaters and fireplace work great!...

"Friendly staff at check-in/out. The place is very basic and was last updated probably ages ago. It is more hostel than hotel, with residents using self-catering kitchen etc, hence the bargain price. Showers and WCs a couple of strides down the corridor. Both them and the room were kept very clean. Double bedroom a more generous size than expected. Mattress is basic with wobbly springs but hey...linen was clean and fresh. "

E mesmo com nossa reclamação, mal nos atendiam, fingindo muita ocupação digitando em computadores. Péssima a atuação dos funcionários."
