It was just my friend and me for a couple of days and the house was more than perfect. There are four bedrooms and two with new king beds. It’s rare to find a rental with king beds! "Everything was as described and very pleasant. Access was easy. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps more towels for the guests. There was only one bath towel, one Hand towel and one washcloth for each guest, and many women need two bath towels when getting a shower, one for their body and one for their hair. That being said, it was a very wonderful stay "

"Everything advertised was there and the location was very convenient for the trip. We combined our trip on our Anniversary to watch a college volleyball match. We we very close to the college, food and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property and our host was top notch with communications. We highly recommend ERIE-sistable. "

"Clean property for sure. It had toys for beach and chairs. Well stocked in that regard. One bedroom is up on a loft. There is a nice back yard, but beware, has pear tree and the bees love it in the summer! Would stay again. Location was fairly convenient, took about 30 minutes to get Downtown by walking. Much shorter drive, obviously."

"My granddaughter & I had a fun chilly May weekend in Edinboro celebrating her 13th birthday! Boro Bungalow is so pretty, was more space than we needed & had everything for us from a whistling tea kettle to comfy beds. We enjoyed (short 5 minute) “walk to peaceful lake & Bagel Shop “drive to town for lively Edinboro Music & Art Festival, good spots to eat (recommend Flips) & small shops, gas stations, CVS. "Girls weekend at the lake, to celebrate birthday and lake lantern festival. House is beautiful and well stocked. Walkability to lake was essential and nice walk each morning to Lakeside bagel. "
