This gorgeous waterfront townhome in the heart of Cambridge, is perfect strolling distance from the historic downtown with shops, parks and restaurants. It sits across from the Cambridge inlet leading out to the Choptank River, for out-the-front-door boating, kayaking, crabbing, fishing and other water activities.

The perfect home-base (!) for a week-long or weekend stay on the Chesapeake. Watersports, exploring this beautiful Civil War town and highlights that include the Harriet Tubman Visitor Center, Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge and countless fishing villages. Take historic half-day-or-day-trips to the ocean beaches, St Michaels, Annapolis, DC and more. Rent a powerboat nearby, go on a guided sailing cruise, visit a nearby winery, bike along beautiful trails, take the kids crabbing for the Chesapeake’s famous Blue crabs… or have your fishing charter pick you up at your own dock for a memorable day on the Chesapeake (we are happy to connect you with our favorite local companies/captains so that you can arrange these excursions in advance!). You can also purchase a day pass to enjoy all of the amenities at the nearby Chesapeake Bay Hyatt (multiple pools, mini golf, beach, game room).

The lovely home offers 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bath (1 ensuite), fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining areas.

A living room, half-bath, kitchen and dining area are all on the main floor. The kitchen has an oversized refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, large sink, gas range, drip coffee maker, a keurig, and microwave in addition to many small appliances and tools. The kitchen has enough bar seating for four.

The dining area is open to the kitchen, where everyone can sit comfortably in the cozy dining chairs at the table with enough seating for your entire group.

The main living room is warm and inviting with plenty of room to gather, drink, play board games or simply sit & relax on the couches while streaming your favorite flicks or sports game on the smart TV.

Upstairs you will find the three bedrooms, Master ensuite full bath, and full-size bathroom in the hallway between the rooms. The Master bedroom sleeps two very comfortably in a King-size bed. This room offers plenty of closet and drawer space with its giant walk-in closet. The lovely second bedroom offers a Queen-size bed, and the 3rd guest bedroom can accommodate up to 2 additional guests with another Queen-size bed.

The setting is serene overlooking Cambridge Creek, and is only a few minutes drive to downtown Cambridge.

Property is inside a gated community with a pool, marina, and boardwalk along the Cambridge Waterfront, all situated a few blocks from downtown, and central to all that the Chesapeake offers.

Getting Around:
Stroll to downtown. Easy access to the gated community right off Route 50. Drive, bike, or easy walk to the downtown area restaurants, shops and parks just a few blocks away. A car is helpful as so many great, area attractions are a short drive away.
