From the standard of our other reviews you will see that cleanliness is not an issue in our apartments. Good Afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave Citystay a review. As a company who pride ourselves on the delivery of an outstanding and award winning guest experience, it is only through feedback that we can actively improve our service provision. Firstly I am extremely glad that you found the apartment to be ideal for your needs in terms of its honest representation, convenient location and well appointed facilities. With regards to the check-in - I am sorry that you had to wait a short period of time. This is something that we do not find acceptable and so can only apologise again for. Similarly the noise from the construction site should not have been coming on Saturday and so I would also like to apologise for this - however I am confident you can understand that this is entirely out of our control, despite our best efforts to restrict the working time to acceptable working hours. Pre 8am on a Saturday does not fall into what we would consider acceptable! We do note on our website that there may be noise disturbance but as I pointed out, we expect this only to be during weekday working hours - so experiencing this on a Saturday morning is not acceptable. As you alluded to we did offer a move to an alternative location to avoid this but for reasons you have succinctly explained it was not feasible. Overall I feel that you had a positive and enjoyable experience with Citystay and we would dearly love to welcome you back to Cambridge in the near future.
