The property features two comfortable double bedrooms, a welcoming hallway, a fully equipped kitchen, and an upstairs bathroom, providing plenty of space to relax and unwind. Guests also benefit from one allocated parking space in the shared rear car park. In addition, free on-street parking is available on the main road at the front of the property, subject to availability a valuable feature for those travelling by car.

For guests wishing to explore on two wheels, a dedicated cycle path runs alongside the Guided Busway, providing a safe and scenic route into Cambridge and the surrounding countryside.

Pets are welcomed, please note we charge 35GBP per pet/per week.

We have a strict policy against parties or events of any kind on the premises. The lead guest must be 21 years old to complete the online check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and upload at least 1 ID before check-in. Forms must be filled at least 24 hours prior to the check in date. We operate a self-check-in system and cannot meet our guests to check their IDs and verify guests in person. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.
SAFETY & SECURITY: Please make sure you close and lock all the windows and doors when you are not on the property. If the property is found left unsecured (windows or doors open/unlocked) during your stay and/or at check-out, we retain the right to charge a penalty fee. A fee will also apply if the keys are misplaced during your stay or not returned to the lockbox at check-out. Thank you, we really appreciate your co-operation!
For bookings made through Airbnb and Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy, the security deposit is waived. For direct and other bookings, a £350 security deposit hold will be placed on your card two days before check-out and released after your stay, provided no issues are identified.
For stays of 10 nights or longer, an interim housekeeping service or linen change must be arranged during your stay. Failure to do so may result in additional charges at check-out. Please do not wash our linens or towels, as they require professional laundering. Charges may apply for unauthorised washing, excessive soiling, or replacement of damaged items.
Additional charges may also apply if the property is left in an unreasonable condition at check-out, such as excessive rubbish being left behind or dishes and cookware not being cleared away or loaded into the dishwasher.
