This rental comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests offering a king bedroom and three queens. The layout features the master bedroom, kitchen, dining area and living room on the upper level, while the lower level has two queen bedrooms sharing a full bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen flows into the open living space, allowing for dinner prep with fabulous views.

A Happy Thanksgiving

We gathered with our goddaughter and her parents for another Cambrian Thanksgiving. We were delighted to find this spacious and comfortable spot in a great location, a quiet neighborhood close to the Fiscalini Preserve and a short drive to down. From the living room windows we spotted whales spouting in the ocean and deer grazing across the street. We had everything we needed for cooking meals and baking. Our goddaughter enjoyed a hot tub every morning, and we enjoyed the ambiance, perfect for reading, talking, and doing crafts.The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms well provided (but be sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner). The transaction with Breen Vacation Station was friendly and seamless. We highly recommend this lovely home and hope to return again soon!

An unforgettable experience

My family and I spent 5 days in this beautiful property and we felt right at home. Comfortable, beautifully decorated, we had everything we needed for a really enjoyable stay. The balcony with an ocean view and the hot tub were a definite plus! Communication with the property managers was exceptional! Highly recommend it and would love to stay there again ourselves!

The house was beautiful and had a well stocked kitchen. We cooked at home and enjoyed the views most of our days in Cambria. The walk to the beach was lovely and the proximity to the trails was pretty awesome....there were plenty of beautiful walks taken.

Home was very nice overall, the view of the beach was wonderful, got to see whales pop up, so amazing! Cozy home, few things were broken and some updates needed but nothing that ruined our stay. The kitchen was absolutely great, large and had everything to make meals and nicely updated. I would definitely stay here again!

The property is spacious and located within easy walking distance to Fiscalini Ranch. The comfortable living room and well-appointed kitchen look out onto the ocean. The bedrooms are spacious, with the Master Suite offering a walk-in closet, bathtub, and sitting area. The Master bath opens conveniently onto the deck with the hot tub, which was a great way to relax after a day of driving. Great house for a family.

I think the owners have recently updated the property with new flooring and paint, which doesnā€™t show in the pictures. Very pretty inside with a beautiful view of the ocean and TONS of deer in the neighborhood!

Overall, very nice. Small things that would be nice: ice cube tray filled with ice for guest arrival, clock in kitchen and others turned to the right time, eliminate the traditional key to get in/lock for a combination lock to save guests from picking up/dropping keys downtown.

Wonderful location and Great Home, close to walk to the beach

Six adults stay at this home, and we attended a wine tour in Paso Robles on Saturday, just 35 minutes away. Friday night 805 brewery tour and dinner. Lots of games, fun and very reasonable for the price.

Wonderful stay at this property. Comfortably slept 5 adults with more room to spare. The ocean view that can be seen in multiple rooms throughout the house are spectacular. Only thought is it might be time for the owners to invest in new couches. While the couch is comfortable, the cushions do not stay in place and it is possible to fall off the couch.

Great Girls Weekend!

This property was the best stocked I've ever been in! Tons of spices, coffee, sugar, honey, etc. in the pantry. Beautiful views, great location to gorgeous walking/hiking trails. Comfy beds. Highly recommend.
