The location and building is fantastic.
The location and building is fantastic. Steeped in history, beautiful surroundings and so close to the coastline.
The accommodation itself would be more comfortable if it was cleaned more thoroughly.
Also practical information would be beneficial such as what to do with the rubbish bags, is there anywhere to recycle? and instructions for all electrical items.
Also the main huge downstairs windows have net curtains but no actual curtains allowing anyone to see in from outside in the evening.
We all thoroughly enjoyed our time there and with a few minor changes it would be absolutely perfect.

Week in the country
The property and grounds were beautiful to look at and lovely to wander through. A nearby town was able to supply all of our general necessities but the property managers had catered for the essentials. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable property

The instructions where no clear on how to get there.
The instructions where no clear on how to get there. Had to do some cleaning on day 1 as windows dirty, kitchen floor needed cleaning. Internet very slow and took dvd but found out when turned telly on that it was blue ray which was not in the holiday details. Eventually got heating sorted but it came on early hours of morning when not needed. All instructs not very good.

Fantastic Property in a unique location.
Fantastic Property in a unique location... you arrive along the wonderful driveway (3/4 mile) to be greeting by the stunning Mansion House, Then on entry to the property greeted by a fantastic bright living space, stylish furnishings throughout. Then open the door to the courtyard to the fabulous sunken garden. The location is ideal for touring all of Cornwall.. Will we go back?

This house is situated in a beautiful and quiet location.
This house is situated in a beautiful and quiet location. This was our second stay here and four years on the house is still beautiful but we found that the beds were uncomfortable so we had a week of bad sleeping. The kitchen could do with a few more essentials like measuring jug, deep bowls etc. Just a quick look around to see what needs adding to or replacing would bring the kitchen area up to date. The white goods are brilliant. There is plenty of room downstairs and the house is lovely and warm. There was a funny smell as you came in through the front door which stayed with us all week. The duvet on the kingsize bed is too small and makes a lot of noise when you turn over in your sleep. The shower is lovely and powerful but the shower cubicle needs replacing as now very old and tired. There are tv's in the bedrooms which was a nice surprise. Overall this house is lovely but a few touches of tlc is in need.

Great place in every respect with lots of space and light. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of bathrooms/loos. Super sitting room with every amenity. Good location with easy transport.
