Studio with Terrace and Parking, Pets Allowed, Near Thermal Baths

On the ground floor of the "Le Patio" residence, near the thermal baths and in the town center, the "Églantine" studio apartment comprises a kitchenette (electric hob, refrigerator), a dining area (table and two chairs), and a sleeping area with a double Murphy bed (140cm) and a sofa. It also features a bathroom with a toilet, a bathtub with an accessible door, a terrace, and a parking space. Bed linen and towels are available for an additional fee – please request them when booking! Internet access is available. Small pets are allowed (please note that due to the easement for garden maintenance, the small garden is not fully fenced). The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). An inventory of fixtures is taken at the end of each stay. Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report any issues they feel are not up to standard or anything our staff may have missed. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.
